5Why is there a yearly license for your Real-time Threat Intelligence Monitoring?
We use the best security sources to get the Real-time threat data and that costs money, but what you get for that money is real-time daily protection. So the moment a threat is known, we will know about it. The security license we buy is used exclusively for you.
6Do you provide Website Care Plans for websites you've not built?
Yes sure we do but there would be a nominal onboarding fee to familiarise ourselves with your existing website, and to gain access to the necessary accounts for maintenance but once we understand what you've got then we can provide the same level of care whether we built your website or not!
7Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can cancel at any time but we advise clients to make sure the same maintenance, if not done by us, is done by some with the right skills and experience, as websites fall into disrepair pretty quickly if not maintained properly.
